It is incredible to think about it but it has been almost 50 years since, as a young 17 year old, I quit school and joined the Royal Canadian Navy.To misquote Dickens "It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, but, it sure wasn't the age of wisdom" I stayed for almost eight years before I knew it was not the way I wanted to spend the rest of my working life. So I moved on.
No Badge Killick is about those eight years. Not unlike myself, it is still a work in progress.
